WOW = WIPs On Wednesdays
This past week I've been celebrating 10,000 online quilt group members by putting my most popular patterns on sale for 50% off. Today, I come full circle with my first ever quilt pattern and first ever BOM and the reason why I ever started blogging in the first place: Red Delicious.
This sweet quilt started a lot for me. For one thing, I had to get computer savvy (something that held zero interest for me) and learn to 'blog'. This also meant I had to learn to take pictures, download them, shrink them and upload them to google. Sounds simple I know, but it was quite the learning curve for me! Next I had to learn how to release patterns via PDF - another totally new skill set and my first ever pattern.
Who knew a simple cherry basket could start so much?
